Create a poster to encourage those individuals with a gambling problem and their family and friendsto seek help.The theme for 2017 is 'The Inevitable Crash'. Submit poster with a one-page essay on the same theme and a completed scholarship application. First prize: $2,000. Second prize: $1,000.
